Annie joined Trade Me in June 2017 and is a specialist in organisational change, culture, innovative leadership, performance frameworks and talent succession. She has a passion for career progression for women and has been instrumental in changing work practices to encourage more women into senior roles.

Prior to joining Trade Me Annie was the Director of People & Communications at Bank of New Zealand and the bank's Head of Engagement before that. She has held roles with ACC and NZ Post and run her own HR consultancy.

Annie started her career as an occupational therapist and has a post graduate qualification in strategic human resource management from Victoria University.

Highly experienced as a trainer and facilitator, Britta Christiansen is also an award winning NZ business coach with over 17 years experience in helping business owners and their teams ‘get the right stuff done’. Armed with degrees in Business and the Arts, Britta has a broad background in behavioural science, psychology, adult learning and organizational development as well as a keen interest in neuroscience and what makes people tick. With Viking blood in her DNA, it’s no surprise that travel is a big part of her life, a hobby that she and her husband Kevin undertake whenever possible. Their daughter is currently studying at Victoria University leaving the dog walking to her parents- no wait, it’s always been that way J

Always keen to upskill, Britta is also a certified trainer and coach of The Art of Deliberate Success®, a certified MBTI® facilitator and has personally profiled over 3,000 individuals using DiSC® behavioural profiling. In 2017 she became one of a select group of international coaches to become an accredited Enhanced Skills Coach in Conversational Intelligence®. She joins Michelle Dalley and Michelle McCormack as proud co-founders of C-IQ New Zealand.

She is also passionate about the impact that highly engaged people and a great culture have on commercial outcomes, being a Chartered Accountant and having worked in Finance and Commercial roles at Lion and EY for the 17 years prior.

Marc has global responsibility as GM People for Air New Zealand's Revenue division, along with Employee Experience, Talent, HR Digital, Reporting & Analytics and Engagement. He and his team support the Executive on their people strategy as Air New Zealand continues to innovate and grow. Before joining the airline in 2016, Marc spent six years in the Asian based leadership team that grew ANZ Bank from 1,000 to 12,000 FTE across 31 countries outside of Australia and New Zealand.  Prior to that Marc was Head of Human Resources Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong.  A qualified Lawyer, Marc began his career with the NZ Government in Asia-Pacific then spent a number of years in the UK and several in Australia and New Zealand in a variety of HR leadership roles including executive search, and HR consulting with Price Waterhouse Coopers before joining ANZ in New Zealand in 2004 and subsequently Air New Zealand in 2016.

His passion is in delivering future ways of working, data analytics, virtual leadership, digital disruption and how traditionally structured businesses can change to meet a rapidly changing world.
