Andy Graves

Head of Capability
Fisher & Paykel Healthcare

Andy Graves started his career in telecoms, working for British Telecom and Siemens in the UK. But he soon realised his real passion lay in helping people and organisations achieve their full potential.

Andy has managed multiple online learning design and development teams, concentrating on new technologies, learning management systems, and performance management processes and systems.

Performance improvement has always been high on the agenda of large companies. It’s how we measure it that counts. Andy has worked in organisations that have a rigid process for performance and organisations that have no performance process. The trick is to get it right for the outcomes you are looking for.
