Nikki is the General Manager People – Revenue and Employee Experience at Air New Zealand Limited.   

Nikki has worked in the People area for over 20 years in a variety of roles, including senior legal counsel within Air New Zealand’s People team, as well as general management roles within Airports and Pilots.  Prior to joining Air New Zealand Nikki worked as an employment lawyer in New Zealand and the United Kingdom for over 15 years.
