Rachael’s career has spanned Law / Consulting / HR / EHS Leadership roles. She has worked across multiple industries, manufacturing, utilities, trading, consulting and now construction. She has lived, worked and travelled in NZ / Australia /China /  South America / UK / Europe / Middle East. 

Rachael has always deeply curious about how as leaders we support people and create environments that are inclusive and enable people to thrive.
